Citytopia 1.6.0 Update

-Vehicle hubs have been improved to better show their capacity for goods and people.
-Addition of captions on building selection to better identify each option.
-Addition of a shortcut in the main interface to better see available ads giving extra coins.
-Rework of the level up carousel.
-Increase of the cost to upgrade simple roads into tramway roads.
-Fix of a bug making vehicles disappear after a vehicle upgrade.
-Misc bug fixes.
