Oversight has now been simplified to be a simple one tap per building

Alliance join/leave/create cooldown timer has been added
Blocked role transfers to players who are under new player protection for any alliance role that can prevent alliance-wide subjugation
Alliance teleport now only lets you teleport close to allied Castles, not any allied tile
