The most recent OW publication was an abridged version, called Pray for the World, which was released in late 2015. The various editions of OW and Pray for the World have been translated into several other languages: Arabic, Amharic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Urdu. The cumulative number of copies printed in all languages approaches 2.5 million.
OW is listed in Christianity Today's “The Top 50 Books That Have Shaped Evangelicals: Landmark titles that changed the way we think, talk, witness, worship, and live.”
