Windows Central — The app!

Hello! It's been awhile. But we have not been at rest. No way! We've been diligently adding the following great features:

- Change Dark Background to true black (helpful for OLED screens)
- Remove Play Services App Invites functionality
- Update SDK to Nougat
- Added Open Source Attribution
- Bug fixes and performance improvements

Yeah, the last one sounds generic, but the app should run much smoother now, and use less battery!

🚀 Release notes now show on update, and are available anytime in the settings menu. (v2.8.5 fixes the fix that fixed the crash for that)

Material Design!!! A few notes on that:

▶︎ When we say refresh, we mean refresh. We haven't added any new functionality. That's coming up in the next phase.
▶︎ Material purists will notice that things aren't perfect. We know. A bigger change to the code will come.
▶︎ But c'mon. This is so much better, and long overdue.
▶︎ Known bug in share menu style.
▶︎ Feels faster.

We've done a few small visual tweaks and some crash fixes, including when opening comments after opening an article from another source (Google+, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Also fixed a crash that would occur when rotating the phone.
