Der APE-Rechner hilft, häufig benötigte Gleichungen in der ultraschnellen und nichtlinearen Laseroptik einfach auszuwerten. Dazu gehören Summenfrequenzerzeugung (SFM, SFG), Differenzfrequenzerzeugung (DFG), die Wellenlängenbeziehungen in einem optisch-parametrischen Oszillator oder Verstärker (OPO, OPA) sowie in der kohärenten Anti-Stokes-Raman-Streuung (CARS) oder SRS-Spektroskopie.
Die Umrechnung zwischen Wellenlänge, Wellenzahl, Photonenenergie und Frequenz sowie verschiedene Charakterisierungen von Pulsen können berechnet werden, z.B. Bandbreite, Zeitbandbreitenprodukt, Pulsdauer oder Dispersion.
Eine Umrechnung von Spitzen- und Durchschnittsleistungen, Pulsenergie und Pulsenergiedichte, Repetitionsrate und Strahldurchmesser sowie Leistungsdichten ist möglich.
Feedback sowie Funktionsanfragen sind willkommen.
