Go through all the frequencies and find out what the highest frequency is that you can register. Use earphones to test the frequencies of your individual ears. Be careful when using a high volume setting as supersonic sounds can still cause damage to your ears, even though you can't hear frequencies above 20kHz.
You can even use this dog whistle app to annoy teenagers with high frequency sounds that grown-ups can't hear.
