Alfalih - how it works
1. Open your app to confirm your current pickup location
2. Pick your car type choosing if you want to get a ride now or at a later time
3. Set up your drop-off location in order to get a fare estimate.
4. Get the details of your location and details.
5. Track your ride as you go. Just sit back, relax and enjoy!
6. Once the trip is over, you are going to be charged. You can add a credit/debit card to your wallet within the app, so that payment is processed automatically.
Alfalih - call a taxi
You can request your ride through the application of Alfalih taxi or you request it by contacting our call center at 40000. In any case you will know in advance what fees for the taxi trip would apply.
Your safety is our priority
Please note that all participating drivers are licensed to operate in Khartoum. Our application will prompt you the Driver's name and car information. We guarantee that the car insurance is up to date and is in accordance with all local requirements.
