It has been reported that the swipe gesture is a bit too sensitive.
A new setting has been added to the settings menu that allows you to specify the distance your finger needs to travel across your screen.
It was decided to use a setting since everybody will probably want to do it differently.
If this isnt enough, well add settings for velocity as well.

What's New:
It appears the XKCD filter didnt work so well. Its been removed for the time being.
More importantly, after spending hours trying to figure out why I cant get hold of any -1 comments, I discovered that the database field recording the score was unsigned (doh).
So all this time, comments with a score of 0 could of been a score of -1. This has been fixed, and a new option to select a threshold of -1 has been added.

What's New:
If a user had swipe enabled, and was reading stories, swiping away, then, if they changed orientation, it set it back to the original story. This has now been recitfied, thanks Jay.
