HeadsOff will disable all Lollipop Heads-up notifications on your phone.
You can also disable Heads-up notifications only for selected apps.
HeadsOff can also restore the ticker text in the statusbar to see a little notification preview.

MARSHMALLOW NOTE:
• On marshmallow you have to disable heads-up in settings manually!
• Google blocks global deactivation which was possible in lollipop
