rsync backup is a tool that will, in essence, allow the user to copy data back and forth between the user’s computer and their Android device remotely.

The application is for advanced Linux/Unix users who want to copy data to/from a remote server using rsync (don't install it if you know nothing about rsync and SSH). It supports Remote Notifier notifications and provides Locale/Tasker plug-in, which helps in automating backups.
