1) Fix bug which prevented playback on some DVR/Firmware combinations.
2) Fix bug with auto-starting cameras after initial setup, cameras will now start automatically using the same screen configuration that was used when the app was last closed.
3) Improve PTZ control response and video buffering which caused video delay making control difficult on some slower internet connections (work in progress to reduce delay to near zero).
4) Improved connection/login speed to most DVRs.
