What's New:
5.1.10:
- new "custom" option for the grid interval (in Time Settings section)
- this allows complete flexibility for the hours grid lines... could e.g. have just a single grid line at midday each day, or ones at [0, 3, 9, 18], or whatever

- new Moon Phase variable, for plotting moon phase on the chart itself
- strictly speaking this is the moon *illumination* rather than *phase*
- new button in General Settings to restore the original order of sections in the settings page
