It all started in 1994. Elisha Semião showed friends the delight he did. When our friends were in our home, instead of barbecue, asked to prepare the famous fried pizza.
Noting that the people were so fond of this delight, we decided to improve our domestic budget, making fried pizza at home to sell. We did this for a year, until mid-1995.
On June 21, 1996 we were opening our disk fried pizza in Dr. Costa Leite street, 1764. A place for a commercial point was not so appealing. We had no idea how much this disk would grow and how much this address, half hidden, would be known. Then, in May 1998, we decided to name our business, changing its name to Pizza Fries Semião, that's when we got into the process for the registration of our brand.
People of Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, finally, from many places came to experience the so famous Pizza Fries Semião and liked both and brought them to friends and relatives of those places, came people interested in our business.
We decided to do a mix of our dough, through the Sebrae we got ITAL-Institute of Food Technology. We began experimenting with ITAL in August 2000. The Semião has its trademark with the INPI, and the mass mix is fully ready. With the mix developed the fried pizza Semião attended to some business partners, these restaurants set up with the product fried pizza, some more prominently than others.
Among those who stood out the owners of Grandma Maria Pizza Fries, Marco Antonio Pirula and Robson Gasperini, who after three years of activity in a conversation about "Business Pizza Fries" with Elisha Semião arises the idea to unite and professionalize still form more consistent this business who knew so well.
The Semião is responsible for this new market that fell in consumer taste and is a reference to an entrepreneur who wanted to opt for a new business, different and growing.
