Swipe Master: Draw Your Weapon Review

Swipe Master: Draw Your Weapon, developed by Tenha Musou, is a cartoony action game where you can fight against various characters using different weapons and knock them down to win the game. The game features excellent-quality graphics and addicting gameplay and is a great option for both kids and adults to pass the time. Swipe Master: Draw Your Weapon is now available on Google Play and App Store and here is our quick review of this action game.

The game file is quite small, only about 78MB, making it a quick download. After installing the game on the smartphone, you start with a cartoony character holding his weapon on the main board of the game. When you click the "Shop" button on the top right side of the screen, there are eight different characters for you to choose from: a soldier, a ninja, a cowboy, and more.

Each character has their own basic skill and advanced skills and can become more powerful at higher levels. However, the advanced skill has a cool-down time and you need to wait a few seconds to use the ability again. Some characters need to be unlocked by using in-game currency like gold coins and diamonds, watching video ads, or reaching the required levels. Players can get the coins and diamonds after they complete each level. Even you fail the game you can also get the gold coins rewards.

Before entering the battlefield, you can draw your weapons with your own hand. It's quite simple, and all you need to do is to link all the dots to form the weapon. Swipe Master: Draw Your Weapon contains eight powerful weapons: a hammer, a sword, a gun, and more, and players can select the weapon to battle against the opponent. At each level you are equipped with a random weapon and the remaining weapons are either available to use or locked. Since the game becomes tricky as you process, you can switch different weapons to knock down your opponent.

Swipe Master: Draw Your Weapon doesn't contain a PVP mode, which means you can only play against AI in this game. Control your character move forward to attack or move backward to defense, you can also make him jump to avoid striking. The controls are simple but not really smooth. Sometimes you can get killed easily just because of the not very sensitive control system. The key to winning the game is to choose the right weapon, avoid the attack from the opponent, and deal the damage at the right time. However, one of the disappointing things during my playing is that even I moved backward to avoid the attack and didn't get hit by the opponent, my health bar still kept dropping.

Is the game safe for children? There are many cartoonish battle scenes like shooting, but it doesn't contain any blood, skull, or sorts of things. The App Store has rated the game as a suitable option for kids aged 12+. If you are a parent, make sure your kids are old enough to play the game.

Swipe Master: Draw Your Weapon just reminds me of the game Rooftop Sniper. If you love Rooftop Sniper, then this game is for you and it's also much more kid-friendly than Rooftop Sniper. There are currently 40 levels and it becomes more difficult as you level up. Although the game is free to download but contains video ads. You could watch these video ads to unlock new characters and new weapons. Overall, the game is a good option for both kids and adults to kill some time and relax. It's neither too hard nor too easy, but can keep you playing and entertained for hours.

Pros:

  • Draw weapons with your own hands.
  • A variety of characters and weapons.
  • Cartoony graphics and addicting gameplay.
  • 40 levels waiting for you to challenge.

Cons:

  • Controls are not working well
  • Ads
