Resolved some issues with Bluetooth connections on some Android devices.
Added locales for Singapore and Iraq.
When the For Hire button on the meter screen is pressed and receipt printing is enabled, if no receipt has yet been printed for the journey, or if the fare, extras or distance have changed since the receipt was printed, the driver is asked whether a receipt should be printed.
Printer detection and graphics printing now work on more printer models (Able and Woosim).
