Recipes are included with step-by-step instructions and nutritional information including macronutrients (calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) so you can choose the recipe that is right for you.
Those familiar with the Paleo Diet know that the word “Paleo” doesn’t mean the same thing to everybody. If you have special dietary requirements outside the broad definition of Paleo, you can specify dietary Intolerances (or Allergies) such as Dairy, Eggs, Gluten, Peanuts, Seafood and more. Furthermore, you may elect to filter out recipes that have ingredients you don’t like or that don’t suit your dietary goals.

BENEFITS OF THE PALEO DIET

The Paleo (or Primal) Diet is associated with many health benefits due to the restriction of processed foods and refined sugar and an emphasis on whole, real foods such as meat, fish and vegetables. Those who eat paleo typically start to see benefits such as increased energy and an improved mood in a matter of days, followed by weight loss and a leaner, more muscular physique. The paleo diet has also been associated with better blood glucose control, better sleep, reduced inflammation, increased insulin sensitivity and improved gut health. The paleo diet also naturally avoids wheat and gluten which are problematic or proinflammatory foods for many people.
What’s more the paleo diet is quite easy for most people to follow because it is simple and doesn’t require you to count calories or even worry about restricting the amount of food you eat.

The following foods are allowed: Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts, sweet potatoes
The following foods are not allowed: Legumes, grains, dairy, refined sugar, processed foods
