V-Traffic saves you fines, warns of traffic jams and prevents accidents. More than 1.5 million drivers use the app with every car trip they make.
By using V-Traffic while driving, you are automatically alerted to incidents and special traffic situations during your ride. This saves you time, money and you are well prepared for any unsafe situations on the road.
V-Traffic warns you about:
• Mobile speed cameras
• Fixed speed cameras
• Route checks
• Traffic jams
• Road work
• Animals on and along the road
• Current weather conditions
• Slippery road
• Closed lanes
• Accidents
• Stationary vehicles
• Bridge openings
• Railway crossings
• Approaching emergency vehicles
Even when you're not in the car, V-Traffic helps you prepare for your trip. Check in advance whether there are traffic jams on your route and where you should pay extra attention to your speed to avoid traffic fines.
COMMUNITY AND EDITORS:
The traffic information from Flitsmeister is for the most part compiled by users. You can submit notifications yourself and review reports from others. We enrich this community content with additional sources, and with our own editors in the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
BATTERY AND DATA CONSUMPTION:
Because we use GPS locations in the background, the app can have an effect on your battery consumption, just like this is the case with other navigation apps. This also applies to data usage. More info about this? Check our FAQ on the website.
ON THE RADIO:
The traffic information of V-Traffic is broadcast daily on all kinds of radio stations including in the Netherlands, Belgium and Finland.

In V-Traffic it is also possible to navigate to your destinations. We always give you the fastest routes when planning a route. Tip: Link your agenda to start your route faster.
