nimbus 3.1.6 Update

- Fixed an issue which could cause the app to be unresponsive if clicking on a multi-date picker in Attendance Claims is pressed too many times in a short period.
- Fixed an issue preventing white labelling colours from being applied.
- Fixed an issue which prevented links and images to be clickable / displayed in notification.
