- 3 sounds of nature (very relaxing)
- 3 binaural beats
- 1 meditation audio (super relaxing)

Remember, this is 100% free and I never expect anything from you. I just want this to be the best meditation app for combating stress on Android!
The app also includes a timer. By default, when the audio finishes (if there's time left) it will just play the audio again. Most audios are between 10 and 15 minutes, although the guided meditation is a full 20 minutes long! Feel free to send me an e-mail (my e-mail is at the bottom) with suggestions for new audios.
Feel free to send me your own audios or guided meditations if you wish to have them included in this app.
