Fixed some minor bugs.
Fixed bug causing the remote to stop updating on certain phones.
Made ready for some basic equalizer functionality, but I had to ship the update before it was completely ready because of the new Google rules (see the next point). Will send out a new update with equalizer functionality soon.

- Sorry, this is not a huge update, but it puts in place an important base for future improvements. More will come! :)
- Added a brand new sleep timer!
- All Library items can now be added to your playlists (existing ones, or you can create a new).
- Using the default MediaMonkey action (add the entire folder, and start playing the track you clicked) when clicking tracks in the Library.
- Various bug fixes and improvements.
