What's New:

Version 4.5:
Removed a lot of unused code (all dormant EQ1, guild chat etc.) plus removed support for Zam as it was there to fill a gap when EQ2 didn't have a full DB of items. This should make the app smaller.

Removed the automatic JIRA problem reporting and switched back to email. The JIRA library was causing repeated Out of Memory errors.

This version may ask for additional permissions (external storage and phone state) because I've switched to using the latest Android development tools.
