Der CNC-Fräsmaschinensimulator ist eine Multimedia-Anwendung, die entwickelt wurde, um Anfängern im Maschinenbau eine grundlegende Einführung in die Prinzipien der Programmierung von Operationen zum Fräsen von Teilen unter Verwendung eines Standard-G-Codes (ISO) zu bieten.
Die Hauptaufgabe der Anwendung ist die syntaktische Analyse (Parsing) des Codes von Steuerprogrammen, um ein grafisches Modell der Bahnen von Schneidwerkzeugen im dreidimensionalen Raum zu erstellen.
Die Hauptfunktionen der Anwendung: Bearbeiten des Codes der Steuerprogramme der Fräsmaschine, Operationen mit Dateien von Steuerprogrammen, Einstellen der geometrischen Parameter des Schneidwerkzeugs, kontinuierliche/schrittweise Ausführung von Blöcken von Steuerprogrammen, drei -dimensionale Visualisierung von Werkzeugbewegungen im Arbeitsraum der Maschine, vereinfachte Visualisierung der bearbeiteten Oberfläche des Teils, Berechnung von Bearbeitungsmodi, eine Kurzanleitung zur Verwendung von G-Code.
Die Haupteinschränkungen der Anwendung sind: geringe Genauigkeit der Schnittflächenmodellierung, die Unmöglichkeit, polygonale Geometrie als Werkstück zu verwenden, ein vereinfachtes Modell von Werkzeugmaschinenelementen.
