Typical workout might look like:
First of all warm up is very important, to get the normal temperature.
Warm-up Exercise:
12 lunges (5 each leg).
12 push-ups and chin-ups.
6 minutes of jogging on the spot.
12 bodyweight squats for 30 seconds.
Workout Training:
4 sets of 12 reps of lunges (6 each leg).
4 sets of 12 reps of push-ups & chin-ups.
4 sets of 10 reps of dumbbell shoulder press exercise.
4 sets of 12 reps of bodyweight squats muscles worked
4 sets of 10 reps of dumbbell bicep curls muscles worked.
4 sets of 10 reps of dumbbell triceps kickbacks muscles worked.
Cool-down:
5 minutes of light jogging:
5 minutes of body stretching, focusing on the muscles worked during a gym workout. Modify your core exercise as needed.
