Through this multi-week program, you will not just learn how to defend yourself in close quarters, you will also increase your physical fitness by isolating the muscle groups utilized when fighting or defending yourself. This style of fighting fuses multiple disciplines used by the military and army. Many of the moves learned in this app are also taught when training to become part of the SEALs, Delta, Green Beret, Rangers, Marine Force Recon or Air Force PJs.
