ワールドマップで出会ったモンスターを捕まえて、ファームに持ち帰ると「トレーニング」をすることができます。
トレーニングでモンスターを育てると「進化」をすることがあります。
進化したモンスターはステータスが大きく向上し、新しいスキルを覚えます。
▼次の一手を意識することがカギとなる『新感覚ターン制RPG』
モンスターたちは４つまでスキルを覚えることができます。
スキルにはMPや回数制限の概念がない代わりに、次に行動できるまでの待機時間が定められています。
そのため、スキルを使用する際には「次にいつ行動できるか」ということを常に意識する必要があります。

ネオモンのモンスターたちが覚えることができるスキルは１００種類以上です。
